  • Parking Comment: A $65 annual registration fee is required per vehicle for all leaseholders. Each vehicle must have a parking transponder decal to access the community. The first transponder decal is complimentary; however, additional decals are $25 each, and replacement decals are $50 each. Any vehicle that is not registered is subject to towing at the owner’s expense.
